The Future of Service

The King's Fund, London - 13 December 2017, 09:00

The role of people in a world of technology.

The rise of the robot in the workplace has seen yet another wave of change hit service organisations. Many of which are still reeling from the impact of automation, digitisation, and the continued proliferation of customer channels.

Our conference, hosted by Business Broadcaster Tanya Beckett, will help you make sense of this. We will explore what the following challenges mean for your business:

• How can we help our employees manage rapid technology change effectively?
• How is the evolution of technology affecting human strategy and skills requirements?
• What does the service organisation of the future look like?
• What are the next big technology trends to hit organisations?
• How can we design our organisations to support this rapid and continued change?
• How can businesses keep pace with the increasing speed of customer technology adoption?
• Is it really possible for large corporations to learn from start-ups?
